So TIEIT is an awesome platform. I’ve been looking at Hubspot and Salesforce and nothing compared. At this conference, there are about 3000 people how do you navigate that with this type of it says automated email messages and put people directly into my calendar and now I have 30 meetings coming up, and I could have made it possible without the platform.

I also really like how all communication with the members is attached to the contact. This is really helpful because even when I’m out of the office my assistant can always go to TIEIT and see what was said, what was paid, and what was approved by each member.

We also use TIEIT for all the Moncton Home Show communications, invoicing and management. TIEIT has the ability to send out email campaigns to our exhibitors in French and English so we don’t need to have a separate software like MailChimp to do our email marketing. We can also create landing pages and web forms in TIEIT to make it easier for exhibitors to register for a booth. We are very happy with the software and the team at TIEIT!

The knowledge base portal and the training I received were a big part of the key to my success using TIEIT. Many things impressed me when I started using the system. I could easily create email templates that we used to mass-market our sales leads. The timeline populated the logged activities, emails were synced, and our entire team could see what was happening with each lead in real-time. I am an old “paper” guy. So I am a bit slow on making the switch to all electronic, but TIEIT made it easier than I thought it would be. All my leads go right into TIEIT, all my emails to any lead’s address are automatically tracked to that lead, the process of inputting canned responses and moving down the pipeline is very easy to get the hang of. All of the online tutorials are easy to follow and the Support Team is great. I am looking forward to becoming an expert at it!

The automations are a Godsend!

I found TIEIT’s ease of use and automated features a Godsend. I had previously worked in the typical Salesforce-type CRM environments and loathed them. Sales shouldn’t be data-entry, you simply don’t have too much time in your day.
