7 New Web Form Features You’ll Actually Use
Good forms create good experiences — for you and for the people filling them out.
Building forms shouldn’t feel boring — and neither should filling them out.
We’ve been busy behind the scenes making things smoother, smarter, and a little more fun to use.
Whether you’re collecting signups, gathering feedback, or closing deals, these updates are designed to help you get more done with less hassle.
Here’s a quick look at what’s new — and how it can make a real difference for you (and your customers).
1. SmartFill – a faster way for customers to complete forms
How does SmartFill help your business?
✅ Faster Submissions & Higher Conversions – Returning customers can breeze through forms with pre-filled details.
✅ Say Goodbye to Duplicates – Keep your data neat and tidy without the hassle of redundant entries.
✅ Built-in Peace of Mind – Automatically protect your sensitive data with security features that keep everything intact.
2. Submission Limit
Are you hosting an event with a capacity? Wouldn’t it be easier if you could set a submission limit so the form will automatically get disabled once a specific number of tickets or seats have been sold?
We just launched the ability for users to set submission limits on forms to avoid unwanted submissions. Now you can manage your event or webinar from within your CRM instead of using a separate application to get registrations.
3. Payment Forms
Payment Forms is an easy way to sell products, services, and event tickets without the high costs of e-commerce platforms or the headache of managing multiple tools.
Here’s how Payment Forms can help you:
✅ Market your products and services through email campaigns.
✅ Sell to customers with a secure payment experience directly on your website.
✅ Automate payments and post-sale follow-ups so you can focus on growing your business.
✅ Offer Promo Codes in your follow-up emails to maximize sales.
Whether you’re selling online, in person, or at events, you’ll have everything you need in one place to connect with customers and increase sales—effortlessly.
4. Expiration Dates
Are you planning to sell early bird tickets for your next event? Automatically enable or disable a form when it hits a desired date and time to ensure no submissions sneak past the deadline.
5. Internal Forms – simplify your workflow with smarter data management
What can you do with Internal Forms?
✅ Submit Forms for Clients – Speed up form submissions by automatically filling out details on behalf of your customers, making the process quicker and more efficient.
✅ Add Internal-Only Fields – Easily add fields like approval status or tracking information that aren’t visible on external forms.
✅ Exclusive Product Sales – Add products to internal forms for exclusive, internal-only sales, keeping certain offerings private and accessible only to your team.
Internal Forms gives your team greater control and flexibility over form submissions.
6. Editing Forms – helping you maintain clean data
Editing form submissions ensures that your CRM and billing records stay consistent. Whether you’re fixing typos, merging duplicate entries, or updating details, this feature helps you keep your data accurate and up to date.
The auto-complete feature quickly matches existing records to prevent duplicates.

Now keep in mind, there are specific fields that are not editable, such as:
- Product (Price or Quantity): You can’t change the price or quantity of products linked to a submission.
- Promo Code: Once a promo code is applied, it’s locked in for that submission.
- Attachment: Files uploaded as part of the submission are fixed and can’t be replaced.
- Donation Amount: If donations are involved, the amount entered can’t be edited.
- Recurring Type: Subscription or recurring types are set during submission and can’t be modified later.
- Fields Linked to Conditional Logic: Fields governed by conditional logic settings cannot be edited, as changes may disrupt the associated rules and dependencies.
7. Form Reporting
Once submissions are in, you need an easy way to filter the form data to quickly locate specific data points – whether you’re reviewing entries from a single form or analyzing responses across all forms in your account. For example, if you want to view demographic data across all form submissions, you will be able to create a cross-form report using advanced filters and obtain one report with the amalgamated data from all forms.
These new features are all about making your forms work smarter — not harder.
Whether you’re collecting leads, registrations, surveys, or anything in between, we want building and managing forms to feel easy, flexible, and even a little fun.
We’re excited for you to give the new tools a try. As always, if you have feedback or ideas for what you’d love to see next, we’re all ears and you can reach out to us at help@tieit.ai.
Here’s to better forms — and better results.
